Hola! We’re Patti and Mari, two Venezuelan best friends brought together by sun, sea, and a love for our Caribbean roots.

From our hometown beaches to the shores of Australia, we’ve carried a piece of the Caribbean with us: its warmth, rhythm, and effortless energy. Cacao Concept was born from our friendship, our memories of golden days under the sun, and our desire to share that endless summer feeling with Australia through swim and resortwear that feels beautiful, comfortable, and full of life.

We grew up under the Caribbean sun, where skin is kissed by warmth, music flows through every street, and life moves to its own rhythm. One place holds all of that close to our hearts: Choroní. A coastal town we left nearly ten years ago, but one we’ve never really left behind. To us, Choroní isn’t just a place, it’s a state of mind, and it goes with you wherever you go.

When we arrived in Australia, we noticed something was missing: swimwear that truly celebrates real bodies, real movement, and real confidence. That’s when we decided to create Cacao Concept, pieces that are as unique as the women who wear them. Every swimsuit, cover up, and resort piece is designed in limited units, crafted in luxe fabrics, and made to move with you, from sunrise swims to golden summer nights.
