Shipping & Delivery Policy


Order processing

All orders are processed and packed with care within 2 to 3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once it is on its way.

Delivery times (via Australia Post)
We ship all orders through Australia Post. Estimated delivery times once your order has been dispatched are:

  • Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Hobart): 2 to 3 business days
  • Regional areas: 3 to 5 business days
  • Rural and remote areas (including WA and NT outside major centres): 5 to 7+ business days

These are Australia Post's estimated delivery windows and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer during sale periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control.


Shipping costs

Free shipping is available on all Australia wide orders over $200 AUD. For orders under $200 AUD, a flat shipping rate will apply and will be calculated at checkout.


Tracking your order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

International shipping
At this time, we only ship within Australia. We hope to offer international shipping soon, stay tuned!

Delayed or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hola@cacaoconcept.com.au with your order number and we will follow up with Australia Post on your behalf.

Incorrect address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. Cacao Concept is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we are always happy to help however we can.
